“The reason I started working out with Matt was because I was tired of the same boring gym routine. I’ve met some great people along the way, that I now call them friends. I was never a fan of lifting weights before. They didn’t really appeal to me, and they were, at times, intimidating to me. Well, that has definitely changed. I love the lifting days. The classes are challenging. Mentally and physically. But they’re fun. No matter your skill level, the classes are tailored for each person. I’ve lost over 30 pounds, but I’m mostly impressed in the small victories. What I can do now. My mental and physical approach is totally different.”

“Getting started was not easy. I had some roadblocks.Being a mother of 3, working 40-50 hours a week. But I wanted the change. Not for only myself, but for others around me. I started seeing both mental and physical progress within a couple months.. I started changing my bad eating habits and surrounded myself with people who had the same motivations and goals as I did. Our trainers made going to class so much fun and enjoyable. They provided me with motivation and encouragement to help myself and everyone in the class.. I look forward to class every day, especially after a stressful day at work. It’s now part of my life style, I would not change. I am now more active and feel good that I can do something for myself.”
